Does ‘equality’ really exist?

Thought of tonight: frankly, I don't think 'equality' ever exists and will never exist -- everyone was born as individual with different walk of life... different encounter in life... different talent... we speak different language... different generation.. gender... preference... how can all of us be 'equal'? BUT, what I believe in is we should embrace the difference, learn to understand one another, respect the difference, share what each of us has and build things together... be constructive, be open-minded.
