"President-to-President Dialogue: HKUST x ICRC" was held at The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (HKUST) on Nov 22. I was attracted to attend because of the keywords in the event title: "humanitarian diplomacy", "power of new technologies" and "role of Asian youths".

Although it says 'President-to-President Dialogue', it turned out to be an interesting exchange of thoughts among the Presidents (Mr. Peter Maurer, President of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) / Prof. Wei Shyy, President of HKUST), moderator Prof Kellee Tsai (Dean of Humanities and Social Science, HKUST), guest panalist Dr Simon Shen (沈旭暉/Founding Chairman of Glocal Learning Offices) and students on the floor.
